I became a designer because I believe technologies are supposed to make human lives easy. If there's some product/application that you feel is hard to use, the problem is its design complexity, not you.
In my Ex-lives, I helped improve the user experience for the Digital Wellbeing app; I designed a product that will save paper by generating digital receipts; I designed a complete solution for a Fuel Delivery company; I led to a complete user experience and interface design for a Fintech startup, and managed a team of designers working on multiple projects.
